Plot[]
When PCP gets into the water supply of a large zoo in Frankfurt, Germany, it soon becomes deadly as the zoo animals (including Pikachu, Alex, King Julien, Maurice, Mort, Terk, Tantor, Louis and Baloo) goes crazy, break out of their cages, and go on a homicidal, night time rampage through the city killing and destroying any person or thing they see starting with sewer rats killing a number of strangers, then tigers, cheetahs, lions, elephants except. Pikachu, Alex, Maurice, Terk, Tantor, Louis and Baloo join in the killing spree. Now Pooh and friends with Zoo veterinarian Rupert Berner, his scientist girlfriend Laura, along with a local police officer, Inspector Braun, try to find a way to control the murderous animals and stop them before they decimate the entire city.

- Just like Winnie the Pooh Meets Princess Mononoke. All of the bloody violent bits will be removed because this is in order to make the film less violent and less scary for children under 13 and 17 and due to its language, the film will be edited and censored. And also the ending will be changed and will use the same ending from The Penguins of Madagascar episode Kingdom Come and even have a big battle scene between Pooh and friends and Bad Pikachu, Bad Alex, Bad Maurice, Bad Mort, Bad Terk, Bad Tantor, Bad Louis and Bad Baloo.
