Who Framed Roger Rabbit? is an American live-action/animated fantasy-mystery-comedy film, serving as a reimagining of the original 1988 film adapted to the present day, being directed by Brad Bird, with Steven Spielberg and Robert Zemeckis serving as executive producers. It is co-produced by Amblin Entertainment, Warner Animation Group and Walt Disney Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures (United States and Canada) and Warner Bros. Pictures (international), being released on TBD 2019.

The film has recieved positive reviews by critics, who praised for its humor and being unique, but somewhat faithful to the original film. Rotten Tomatoes has a score of 97%, the site's critical consensus reads: "Better than before, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? bring the cult back to beloved cartoon fans serves as ". On MetaCritic, it was given an 88 to 100, indicating "Generally favorable reviews". On CinemaScore, it was given average audience grade of "A".
Spin-offs[]
In 2020, Disney Television Animation and Warner Bros. Animation confirmed that the film would get an animated series spin-off, premiering on Disney Channel and Disney XD.
In 2020, they also revealed the film will get a live-action/animated spin-off airing on ABC, exploring more of the crime world of Roger Rabbit.
