In Disney's The Chipmunks and Chipettes II: The Heroes Strikes back, Sentinel Prime first appeared as one of the heroic autobots fighting for the light. But eventually, once the Dark of the Moon movie was shown in theaters, Sentinel Prime revealed his true colors as a Decepticon mastermind plotting to use the Space Bridge to bring forth all kinds of Decepticon forces to Earth so that the darkness could consume the Earth forever. His plan remains the same as ever, only now he plans to become an ultimate god to try and destroy Satan so that he could rule the galaxy in his tyrannical rule.
