Sam Lasseter (born August 23, 1980) is an American film director, film producer, screenwriter, animator, and the chief creative of Buena Vista Animation Studios and Universal Studios Animation.
Early life[]
He was born in Whittier, California to John Lasseter and Nancy Lasseter. He has brothers, Bennett Lasseter, Joey Lasseter, P.J. Lasseter and Jackson Lasseter. His father is of English, German, Irish, Scotch-Irish and Welsh descent. His mother is of Dutch, Greek, Irish, Norwegian and Russian Jewish descent.
