J.B. Phobosson is the master of Mecha-Boy and the main secondary antagonist of Cartoon Hero All-Stars. His appearance is African-Asian. He wears a gas amsk and a cape. He has every dark power-- Eternal Night, Eternal Winter, Timefreexze, Petrification, Blood Sacrifices, Pedophilia, and more unlike Mecha-Boy's powers. Son of his fathers Phobos and Deimos, he has the power over fear and terror, although he is a horror-movie-hater like his servant. His teacher, Slyhtos, told him and trained him with Megamo's sword, which he proceeds to kill Chucky. After Mecha-Boy was destroyed by Pinhead, J.B. resurrected him as Mecha 2.0 and he created another evil-- Terror-Girl, who had the same powers as J.B. and Mecha-Boy. Whenever his E.V.I.L. members gone mad, he pollutes whoever betrays him and makes him/her puke and die of his/her own vomit. After Mecha 2.0 was destroyed, Terror-Girl is having children with J.B. helping her this time. He belongs to an organization that E.V.I.L. was formed from-- C.R.U.E.L. (Cold Reckless United Evil Lords). He wants the Chaos Emeralds in order to make this world and multi-verse his.He speaks with the usual Biblical -eth at the end of certain words. Rise to power: "If I will conquereth the world, who will stoppeth my power?"
