Guitar Hero GWAR may be:
- The first and only Guitar Hero to be rated M (Mature, ages 17 and over by the ESRB)
- Play as a created Scumdog or Bohab with Pustulus Maximus (who will have a flattus-inspired costume), Balsaac the Jaws of Death, Beefcake the Mighty, Jizmak Da Gusha, and Oderus Urungus as playable characters. (Possible appearances by Techno Destructo and Syn)
- Legendary Quest of GWAR Mode will be implemented
- Would release for the Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, with it's own special guitars
- Songs ranging from 1988's Hell-o! to 2013's "Battle Maximus". (With maybe some songs from Death Piggy)
