Bartok the Magnificent's Tall Tales/The Amazing Adventures of Bartok the Magnificent is an upcoming 3D animated/2D animated TV series based on the direct-to-video film.
Coming soon in the 2020's. Netflix commissioned the series for 2 Seasons of 12 episodes each. The show will feature returning voice actors by way of Hank Azaria and Andrea Martin.

Bartok's Tall Tales follows Bartok the bat and his companion Zozi the bear, a pair of grifting traveling entertainers, as they navigate the fantastical and strange landscape of Old Russia in their wagon in pursuit of riches. Along the way they encounter classic and sometimes obscure characters and stories from Russian fairy tales such as The Snow Queen, Kolobok the Talking Bread, and Koschei the Immortal. Each episode is themed around a particular fairy tale with a wacky twist from Bartok and Zozi's involvement.
Overarcing the tales is a quest to obtain a powerful magical artifact(s) (Apples of Youth, the Water of Life, The Magic Mirror, The Egg of Koschei, The Sword Kladenets/The Self-Swinging Sword) and bring them to defeat a great evil that threatens the land.

- Andrea Martin as Baba Yaga, the witch of the Iron Forest. Powerful and wise, and very, very grumpy, she's not as wicked as the tales say. She serves as the quest-giver in this series.
