Agents of Lerna is an American spy fiction, action comic book series set in Marvel: Reverse. The comic follows the group Lerna, which is the universe's equivalent of Hydra.

- Jonathan Smith/Red, White and Blue Skull - the current head of Lerna who has been around since World War II. He is known for being very tough but fair.
- Ophelia Sarkissian/Mistress Lerna/Snakeweed - the leader of Lerna's soldiers and the most dangerous of them. She single-handedly trained every soldier in Lerna.
- Baron Amadeus von Striker - a Jewish German who fled his home in World War II. He stayed young thanks to the Godly Claw and is a pacifist.
- Baron Hector Zemo - the son of Hayden Zemo who joins Lerna after his father's death. He is rage-filled and is the most likely to kill his enemies.
